Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of arrival to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase or receipt. Please note that sale items are not eligible for return.
