Son of a….. Watercolor Oyster Grow Kit

The Watercolor Oyster, a Mossy Creek Mushroom original that has been isolated over time to create a beautiful rose shaped cluster. This Variant is dense and has been used in the past as a chicken replacement for Vegan burgers, “Chicken” Parmesan, and Vegan fried “chicken”. The taste is similar to a Blue Oyster Mushroom, a subtle umami, perfect for beginners in the gourmet mushroom world. 

*Note: This Mushroom will need some sort of humidity dome. (A grocery bag with holes works great.) 
-*Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping as these are made to order, to prevent waste. To lower our footprint of single  use plastics, spray bottles will no longer be included.
